Independent since 2014, and small on purpose.
Wrenfold began in 2014 in a shared flat in Lisbon, with two designers and one client. We are nine people now, with no investors and no plan to double. We stay small so that the people you meet in the first call are the people who make the work.
We work with companies that would rather be specific than loud: a cycling brand, a savings app, a hotel group, a museum. Most of them come back, and a few have been with us since the first year. That is the part of the job we are proudest of.

How we work
Four rules we keep.
01
Be specific.
Every project starts with one sentence about who it is for. If we cannot write that sentence, we are not ready to draw.

Show the work early.
You will see rough work in the first week, not a polished reveal in the sixth. Early feedback is cheaper than late surprises.

Build for the day we leave.
Everything we hand over can be run by your own team: the files, the guides and a person to call when you are stuck.
04
Say no sooner.
We turn down projects we cannot do well, and we tell you on the first call rather than the third.
