What the Wrenfold demo site collects, why, and for how long.
What we collect
If you use the form on the Start a project page, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, budget range and message. The estimator on that page runs in your browser and sends nothing. “Send this brief” opens your own email app.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your message and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking. Form messages pass through our website host before they reach our inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 12 months and then delete them. If a project starts, we keep the details the work needs for as long as the agreement requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@example.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Using this site
The text, case studies and images here belong to Wrenfold or to the clients shown, and are here to show our work. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
Estimates
The estimator gives a range to help you plan. It is not a quote or an offer. Scope, price and dates are fixed in a written proposal after we have spoken.
Starting a project
Work begins when both sides sign a project agreement and the agreed deposit is paid. Sending a brief or using the estimator creates no obligation for either of us.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses that come from using it.
